What is Walk & Talk?

For some people, an office setting is the right place for a counselling session. It’s quiet, private, and free from distraction.

But for others, a different approach can feel more comfortable. If you feel intimidated by counselling sessions in an office, if you become restless thinking about face-to-face talk therapy, or if you simply can’t fit everything into the run of your day, then Walk and Talks might be the therapy approach for you. Combining the benefits of physical exercise and mental health therapy is truly a win-win situation.

Walk and Talks are available for adults in English or French. If you are a new parent, feel free to bring your child along in a stroller. Dog owner? Bring along your pet to appreciate the outdoor session, too.
