About Wetmore Counselling

As a practising mental-health therapist, I understand that sometimes it's difficult to say what's on your mind. The daily demands on our time, energy and resources can have us feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

Wetmore Counselling provides a safe, confidential space for you to pause, reflect and rebuild.

We can talk about your life and anything in it that may have you confused or uncomfortable, or that may be preventing you from fully engaging in daily living. We can meet in my office or, if you would rather walk and talk outdoors, we can do that.
